Why BioteamAZ Chooses to Specialize
BioteamAZ is not a general cleaning company or generalist restoration contractor that occasionally performs biohazard work. Biohazard remediation is our specialty.
During the interview, Krystie discusses the company’s history and why BioteamAZ has deliberately remained focused on biohazard remediation, trauma cleanup, and complex decontamination.

Krystie remains active in both field operations and the broader restoration industry. Her background spans biohazard remediation, restoration, and a career as a probate attorney.
She also contributes to industry standards and professional development through her involvement with IICRC technical advisory committees and the Restoration Industry Association (RIA).
That combination of hands-on experience and industry involvement provides a broader perspective on the technical, regulatory, and consumer issues surrounding professional biohazard remediation.
